The Go Matilda Parent Visa Processing Time Calculator is a subscription only service, which is presently for Contributory Parent visa applications only.
After you have subscribed you will be able to enter your Contributory Parent visa application details.
You then enter the estimated number of visas you think will be granted each year – 7,000 annually is a reasonable estimate presently (December 2024).
The calculator will then give an indication of when you can expect your visa to be granted.
We obtain more current information periodically – usually at the start of each quarter – at which time an additional data set option will become available.
As a caveat before you subscribe, there are assumptions in this calculator – so the results are our best estmate.
For example, we have assumed that 10% of visa applications on hand at the date of the data set will be refused, will be withdrawn, or will not make it to visa grant for another reason – eg the death of the visa applicant.
This said, we have found that over the last few years our calculator has been the most reliable source of information available for Contributory Parent visa applicants who want to have a good understanding of when they can expect their visas to be granted.
